Several years ago, Troy Evan’s retired from the Air National Guard and decided to start his own catering and food truck business and successfully ran the business for many years serving so many events, even giving food for free to anyone who needed it during the pandemic of 2019-20. During those time, we joined Troy in his endeavor to provide the best food and service to those who schedule an event with him. We became his right and left hands while he focused more on the business side and we took care of the kitchen and setting up the events. 

The idea was for him to retire from the food business in a few years and then we would take over the baton and continue the same uninterrupted service to the community, but sometimes, we can’t predict the future, and unfortunate things happen, and Troy decided to climb to heaven before all of us and had to change the plans just a little but providing the same service to you all. We bought the company under a new name, but the food and the service will remain the same.
